Confused as to what is going on with you or your family?  We can help sort this out for you. By gathering lots of good information as to symptoms, frequency, and a thorough history, we can help you determine the best next steps. This process may take a few sessions as many issues seem to overlap with their symptoms and we will have to rule out lots of possibilities. We use screening forms and symptom checklists to help us with this process.
 
As for the children and teens, evaluations may include having teachers fill out forms to give us additional information. It may also helpful to do classroom observations for children receiving an independent evaluation for behavioral issues.

Emergency Services
Viatru offers limited same day emergency appointments.  We understand individuals and families at times experience crisis and need immediate evaluations or guidance.  However, going to an emergency room or local mental health center can sometimes be overwhelming for children or teens for their psychiatric needs.  Being able to receive the support of one of our experienced clinicians in a private setting may provide a more comfortable experience to address your immediate needs. Emergency appointments cannot be billed to insurance and a fee of $125/hour will be assessed for these visits.
