Appointments can either be requested below or by dialing 1.833.4VIATRU (1.833.484.2878), Extension 1.  We recommend downloading and completing required documents prior to your first appointment to ensure session time is maximized.  However, you can fill out  required documents when you arrive if you did not complete them prior to arrival.
